[James' advice] I can not stand my boss!

Dear James :

It's been almost 90 days since I started working at this company. The company's atmosphere is a little bit similar to a Korean public office's

There are so many kinds of people, of course. But there is one boss who is, I call it, very weird kind of person.This person is not the one who keeps lashing out on someone when someone make mistakes but the one who has intention of lashing out people, no matter what the reason is. 

For instance, he said 'You should do PPT work this way', yesterday.  But the next day, he questioned 'why do you do this way?'  This crazy man is so kind to people who are above his rank but not to me. He keeps bothering me. And he doesn't forgive any mistakes like doing font size that he does not like. He made a big deal out of it and took it out on me like this font size could have damaged to the company.

If he is so good at this word process or Excel, I don't have any place to say but he is not! When I make a mistake, he takes the chance to blame me. He just wants to find out something wrong to blame me. When I was first positioned to take this job, the other team leaders said "It's not gonna be easy. He's infamous for taking it out on his team members." Some says he doesn't do that much compared to the past. Those things don't help me feel better at all. My team's work is totally different from the company's main business.

I want to transfer to another team but I'm worried that people would not see me as good as I was before. Even worse, this team has been busy lately, so I have no choice but to stay here. How can I deal with this? 

To the person who started working :

You said the other team leaders gave you some warning about that terrible boss. So if you mention personnel members that you want to move to another team, they will understand because they all know how horrible situation you are in. 

Sure, it is hard to say when your current team is busy. But after the busy storm is gone, you have to say your word. If you are not, you will be stuck with him for years and won't have no chance to ask for transfer to another team.
